Body & Mind Unwind is a 4-week yoga course practiced in the Not Hot room. These classes are beginner and prenatal friendly offering personal modifications for all levels while still receiving all the benefits yoga has to offer. Each week you will experience a new 30-minute yoga sequence designed to methodically work the entire body preparing your body and mind for a 15-minute meditation. The guided meditation is a personal relaxation technique that will help you de-stress and unwind.
Pre-registration is required for all yoga courses. Each 4-week course is limited to 8 practitioners.
