300 Hour YTT
We are excited to announce the RYT 300 yoga teacher training course. Co-teaching the class will be Edie Fisher, Missy Kerner and CNU Professor Dr. Graham Schweig. The training will focus on creating a class/workshop that will take you to the next level as a teacher. It will teach you how to expand your reach beyond the studio walls and into the community.
The course will cover the following topics::
- Class and workshop composition and theming
- Vinyasa
- Gentle yoga
- Chair yoga
- Meditation
- Intention setting and manifestation
- Guided meditation and visualization techniques
- Anatomy
- The Sutras
We are a MYCAA approved school.

Cost is $3800 which includes unlimited yoga during the training

A $500 deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your spot
The payment plan for the course is $500 down and $300 a month for 11 months
