Vinyasa is an intermediate to advanced form of Flowing Yoga. This class incorporates synchronized breathing and motion, creating a graceful transition where poses flow in sequence from one to another. Vinyasa is a remarkably powerful and rewarding workout, and leads to enhanced breathing capacity, endurance and cardiac strength. We offer 60- and 90-minute heated classes.
