We are thrilled to announce the opening of our newest addition to the studio

The Himalayan salt room has walls built from pure Himalayan salt bricks. It is the ideal place to relax in our comfortable chairs and meditate as you soak in all the benefits of being surrounded by four walls of salt.
Salt therapy is known to help both skin and respiratory issues. In addition to the walls, we have a halo-generator, a state-of-the-art machine that grinds salt into tiny particles and then disperses them into the salt room. Inhaling the salt-enriched air has been found to be wonderful for the respiratory system, the skin, and overall wellness.
We offer 30-minute sessions for $30. It is recommended that people sit in the salt room three to five times a week to help ease chronic conditions.

What is salt therapy?

Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, uses microparticles of salt disbursed into the air to bring about better breathing, healthy skin, sound sleep and an overall improvement in wellness.

How does it work?

Salt has many properties that can help people feel better. Such as antibacterial and anti-inflammatory aids, it can loosen excessive mucus in the lungs and remove airborne pollen, and aid with immune system oversensitivity.

What is in the room?

The walls are made of pure Himalayan salt blocks. We also have a state-of-the-art halogenerator machine that grinds the salt into tiny micro particles and then releases them into the room. While relaxing in one of our salt room, you will inhale the dry, salty air. The salt helps to widens the airways, loosens the mucus, and reduce inflammation. The non-inhaled particles landing on the skin work to balance pH and stimulate repair and revitalization. It’s a wonderful way to help your lungs and your skin!

Who can I expect in the salt room?

A salt-room session will last 30 minutes. You will relax in our comfortable chairs and just breathe in the salt air. The experience will calm the mind and body. You can sit silently, listen to music via headphones, read sleep or meditate. If you get cold easily, you are welcome to bring a blanket. The salt releases negative ions, which counterbalance all the positive ions we pick up from electronic devices. The salt will help decrease stress and stabilize moods.

What conditions can salt therapy help?

Allergies, asthma, breathlessness and chest tightness, bronchitis, COPD, chronic sinusitis, sleep apnea, snoring, wheezing, hay fever, ear infections, acne, eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, and dry and flaky skin.

Who can use the room?

Salt therapy is a completely drug-free treatment for children and adults. People of any age can benefit from it. We ask that you do not come if you have a fever, cold, flu or have open wounds. We ask that women who are pregnant or if you have any medical condition consult their doctor before coming to the room. You can come as often as you like.
