Himalayan Salt Room Body and Mind Unwind Four Week Yoga Courses Limited time introductory offer!

The Body and Mind Unwind Courses take place in a lavender infused not hot Himalayan salt room. These classes focus on moving through gentle yoga with calming breathing techniques which bring emotional steadiness, harmony, calmness, and joy while facilitating a personal transformation. The 35 minute yoga practice is followed by a ten minute guided meditation. Introducing new meditation techniques weekly that you can use at home!
