Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. This class is for all ages and abilities. It can be challenging as the practitioner desires. The class focuses on breath with movement and meditation. Chair yoga as many benefits, including improved strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Simultaneously moving your body with your breath aids in reducing stress and helps with pain management. Being in the salt room enhances the benefits of your yoga practice. This is a 35 minute yoga practice followed by a ten minute guided meditation.!

Experience the many physical and emotional benefits and overall wellness of practicing yoga in a Himalayan salt room.
